EF-2 Tornadoes Hit OKC Metro Sunday
Large hail and intensely strong winds made their presence known in the Plains on Sunday. Winds as high as 100 mph were reported Sunday afternoon in Kansas and hail as large as 3" in diameter in the city of Ellis. In addition to this, a tornado emergency was issued for Custer City, Oklahoma. This storm went on to produce a tornado outside of the Oklahoma City Metro. Two EF-2 tornadoes were confirmed in Oklahoma City during storm surveys on Monday.

(Dakota News Now) -- Most of Tuesday is looking sunny and nice with highs staying in the mid 70s, but by late Tuesday, we’ll bring in another chance for some showers and thunderstorms. Showers will then move east for the day Wednesday and become a little more widespread for the eastern portions of the region. No severe weather is expected at this time.
