Dallas Office Towers Make Way for 435 Apartments on LBJ Freeway
Three vacant office buildings along Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway in Dallas are being torn down to make room for 435 apartments, with construction now officially underway on a project that will set aside half its units as affordable housing. High Street Residential, the residential arm of Trammell Crow Company, has broken ground on the Class A multifamily community at 5550 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, with completion expected by summer 2028.

Nearly 4,000 homes planned for west Fort Worth development
A 1,476-acre ranch that crosses the border of Tarrant and Parker counties is set to become a new development of an expected 3,800 homes. Houston-based developer Hines announced on Friday it has acquired Brown Ranch, with plans for a master planned development with single-family housing, featuring an array of lot sizes and price points and approximately 70 acres of commercial development.
