Springfield man arrested on multiple charges for April incident on Quincy’s south side
QUINCY — At around 11:15 p.m. on April 8, Quincy Police officers responded to a shots fired call in the 700 block of South 14th. The victim was not struck and reported that he and a second person were kidnapped at gun point after a home invasion in the 2500 block of Larch Road. The second victim escaped after the shots were fired uninjured.
