Fayette County man sentenced to prison on multiple violent felony convictions
FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Fayette County man was sentenced to prison Thursday for multiple violent felony convictions following a 2022 shooting incident. Eddie Devion Morgan, 43, of Mount Hope, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree murder, malicious assault, wanton endangerment and use or presentment of a firearm during the commission of a felony on March 28, according to a news release from the Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
