The 3-year-old who was shot by a 6-year-old on Lark Drive earlier this week is in stable condition. Also, two people were arrested in a Troy shots-fired incident that happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday. 1. Toddler, shot by 6 year old, in stable condition

The investigation into a shooting that left a three-year-old boy injured at a home on Lark Drive in Albany continued Wednesday. The toddler is in stable condition and police are looking into the circumstances that lead to the shooting and whether any adults will face charges.

2. Two arrested in Troy shots fired investigation

Two people were arrested in a shots-fired investigation that started around 10 p.m. Wednesday. Troy Police say the incident occurred in the area of 3rd Street and Jefferson Street.

3. Student brought taser to Albany elementary school

The City School District of Albany is looking into how an elementary school student brought a taser to school Monday morning. School authorities say the student displayed the taser during breakfast in the cafeteria at Giffen Elementary.

4. Gov. Hochul to issue budget extender

With the budget deadline just days away, Gov. Kathy Hochul has issued an extender. The budget is now due April 4.
