Lake Travis had a brilliant day at the UIL state golf championship Monday, and that might spell trouble for six-time defending champion — and district rival — Westlake. Led by Bennett Kuhns, the Cavaliers have a six-stroke lead over Dallas Jesuit heading into Tuesday's final round at White Wing Golf Club in Georgetown. SMU transfer Zhuric Phelps commits to Texas A&M
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - SMU men’s basketball guard Zhuric Phelps announced that he is transferring to Texas A&M. Phelps averaged 14.8 points per game, 4.1 rebounds per game, and 2.7 assists per game last season as a junior. He shot .216 from three and .386 from the field. In his sophomore season, Phelps averaged 17.5 points per game for the Mustangs, 3.2 assists per game, and 3.7 rebounds per game.
