Bond reduced for man accused of killing roommate over Pop-Tart
OZARK, Ala (WDHN) — An Ozark man accused of hitting his roommate with a pipe after a “heated” argument has received a $20,000 bond reduction. In early April, 59-year-old Daryl Miley was arrested and charged with one count of manslaughter after Ozark Police Investigators claimed he hit 63-year-old Billy Joe Maynard with a metal pipe, eventually causing his death.
