NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - A victim of a 2021 shooting has filed a lawsuit against the North Charleston bar where it happened. Court documents state the plaintiff, Tawana Singleton, had been invited out to Blue Note Bistro in June of 2021. That same night a woman entered the bar and opened fire. Singleton was wounded in that incident.
