New housing development may be coming to Waynesboro
WAYNESBORO, Va. (WHSV) - A new housing development could be coming to Waynesboro. The proposed project is called Smith Farm Planned Unit Development and consists of about 147 acres, located north of Village Apartments at Hopeman Parkway. The development would have residential housing with the possibility of limited commercial space.

It’s been more than one year since the Shenandoah Valley community expressed outrage after four dogs in Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center’s care were euthanized.
