Parents charged for role in death of Erie two-year-old
(WJET/WFXP) — The parents of a two-year-old Erie girl who died after walking out of their east Erie home have been charged for their role in her death. According to court documents, 27-year-old Shynia S. Holt and 28-year-old Marrion D. Smith are each facing involuntary manslaughter, child endangerment and drug charges for the incident.

Police probe fight where one man shot, two men stabbed on Erie's east side
One person was shot and two people were stabbed in an altercation on Erie's east side early Tuesday afternoon. Authorities were called to the 500 block of Dunn Boulevard at about 1 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a fight with an individual shot.
