Sikeston man faces 19 felony charges after shooting on I-55 in Scott County, Mo.
SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A Sikeston man faces more than a dozen felony charges after a shooting on Interstate 55 in Scott County. Investigators say 18-year-old Ethan Carlyle shot at a vehicle with six people inside; three of the people were injured, including the driver who suffered a gunshot wound above their left eye.
