Woman arrested and facing murder charge related to Snow Hill murder
An arrest has been made in the April 2023 fatal shooting of James Edward Schulteis III in Snow Hill. Tameka Best was arrested in Greenville on Tuesday, April 30 and will have her first appearance in court on Friday where she will face second-degree murder charges, according to the Snow Hill Police Department.
