Easton Valley Students Participate In “The Memory Project”
Fifteen Easton Valley art students recently used their talents to create memory portraits and identity art for children of Syria. Easton Valley students have taken part in this project created by Ben Schumaker since 2004. I am very proud of each and every one of these students for taking on this challenge and putting their hearts into their work. Their unselfishness continues to inspire! A special thanks to the Lion’s club and Amy Kibler for donations that were given to the art department this year. These donations helped us to fund this project as each work of art comes with a $15 participation fee.
