Police are investigating after a body was pulled from the Connecticut River in Hartford on Monday. The body was spotted just after noon at Charter Oak Landing, according to the Hartford Fire Department. HARTLAND — A Windsor man was apprehended late Sunday evening after a routine traffic stop revealed he was wanted in New Hampshire. Vermont State Police arrested Andrew L. Snide, 43, near 148 US Rte 5 after officers conducted a traffic stop at approximately 9:08 p.m. for a vehicle violation.
