Burlington, VT- A Massachusetts man was sentenced to nearly 8 years in prison for selling cocaine and fentanyl in the Northeast Kingdom. Juan Carlos Ortiz, 29, from Springfield, MA, had previously pleaded guilty to the charges of selling drugs between November 2021 and August 2022 under a plea agreement.
