Connie Jean Oden, of Hawesville, was indicted on December 22nd, 2022 on the charge of second-degree manslaughter, and was also charged with tampering with physical evidence. She plead not guilty during her arraignment on January 24th, 2022. The Court found Oden to be eligible for supervised probation for a period of 5 years on April 26th, 2024.
