Upcoming ride set to celebrate female bikers
Muncy, Pa. — Female bikers in the region will come together to celebrate women who motorcycle as part of International Female Ride Day this May. International Female Ride Day is a worldwide celebration taking place annually on the first Saturday in May. The day recognizes women's passion, skill, and dedication to motorcycling and motorsports, according to the Motoress website. This year, The Riverwalck Saloon, located at 8 Centre St, Palmerton, will honor the event will live music, vendors, food and drinks and more. Departing from a meeting area in Muncy, female riders have a chance to come together and ride to the venue. Riders should meet at 10 a.m. at Sheetz at 45 Muncy Creek Blvd, Muncy, on Saturday, May 4.

A developer is once again suing Upper Mount Bethel Township and its elected officials. This lawsuit also includes the township engineer as a defendant.
