Rockingham County man arrested in connection to Waynesboro shooting
WAYNESBORO, VA (Rocktown Now) — Waynesboro Police have arrested a Rockingham County man in connection with a Saturday morning shooting that sent one victim to the hospital. In a release, the department said that Dustin Allen Dove, 23, was taken into custody Saturday afternoon by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
