READING, Pa. - A man in Reading was found guilty in a hit-and-run that led to the death of his fiancee. Joseph Alley was convicted by a jury Thursday of accidents involving death or personal injury, immediate notice of accident to police department, and related offenses, according to a Facebook post from the Berks County District Attorney's Office.
