Fire damages Salisbury house
SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury home was damaged after a fire broke out Sunday evening. We’re told crews from Salisbury, Delmar, Parsonsburg, Pittsville, Mardela, Fruitland, Allen, and Powellville all responded to Hemlock Street for a reported house fire. Firefighters arrived at the scene to find a fire on the second floor.
Salisbury man shot to death at Washington, DC, restaurant
A Salisbury man was killed in the early morning hours on Saturday in a shooting while leaving a Washington, DC restaurant, the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch announced. According to Metro Police, on Saturday at approximately 1:12 a.m., Third District officers on patrol in the 1300 block of U Street, Northwest, heard gunshots and immediately responded to a restaurant in that block.
