RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A Manderson man was in court today accused of the murder of a 17-year-old. Tyson White Plume, 29, is charged with second-degree murder in the February 2022 death of Shayna Youngman. White Plume is also being charged with discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence and tampering with a witness.
