Irmo man arrested on multiple drug charges
LEXINGTON, S.C. - Lexington County narcotics agents arrested an Irmo man wanted on multiple drug charges after a traffic stop Wednesday. “A deputy pulled Stroman over on I-20 near exit 55,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said. “Once he confirmed his identity, the deputy detained Stroman because there were multiple warrants for his arrest.” “The deputy conducted a probable cause search of Stroman’s vehicle and found more than 1,000 grams of meth.”

Fairfield County man sentenced to federal prison for making threats
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Fairfield County man has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to threatening interstate communications. The Department of Justice says Casey William Degolyer, 48, of Blair, is accused of calling for the execution of public officials, including the need to hang certain public office holders from a rope, killing law enforcement and their families, dragging judges and their family “out of their households” to be “brutalized in the streets,” opposing the government by violence and force, and killing members of certain racial and ethnic groups almost daily on social media.
