Man arrested after puppy found in tied bag at Butler County park
HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX) - A man has been arrested a week and a half after a puppy was found in a tied drawstring bag at a Hamilton park. Harold Lilly, of Middletown, is charged with cruelty to a companion animal and abandoning animals, which are both misdemeanors, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.

Butler County-based chocolate shop opens new storefront in OTR
CINCINNATI — Ruby's Chocolates, a Hamilton-based small business that sells candies and desserts, opened its new Over-the-Rhine storefront Friday morning. Ruby's Chocolates hosted a grand opening ceremony at 10 a.m. at its new storefront located at 1725 Elm Street, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The building is close to Findlay Market. Ruby's Chocolates previously had a storefront in Oakley that closed in March.
