One man shot, another injured in weekend shooting in downtown Montgomery
Another violent weekend in Montgomery, as one man was shot and another man injured during an incident downtown on Saturday. Around 12:30pm Saturday, MPD and Fire Medics were called to the 1400 block of Adams Avenue which is near Ross-Clayton Funeral home. They found a man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. A second adult male victim also had non-life-threatening injuries, but police say his injuries were not caused by gunfire. Both men were transported to a local hospital for treatment. MPD has not released any additional information.
