Logan County man accused of assaulting hospital workers, urinating in emergency room
LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Logan County man is accused of assaulting hospital workers and urinating in an emergency room, court records said. Deputies were called to Logan Regional Medical Center about 7 p.m. Monday after Gary N. Hurst, 28, of Big Creek, W.Va., allegedly began spitting, punching and kicking, and yelling obscenities at workers, according to a criminal complaint filed in Logan County Magistrate Court.
