Bond lowered for St. Albans man accused in child neglect case
KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A St. Albans man charged with child neglect appeared in court Thursday, asking a judge to lower his bond. St. Albans police were called to Justin Burdette’s home in February to find unsafe conditions. Investigators said the house was filthy, containing piles of animal feces, loose wires, a caving floor and knives laying in reach of children.
