CLEVELAND — A severely emaciated dog is getting desperately needed medical attention in Elyria after being abandoned in Lorain. According to a Facebook post by volunteers for the Lorain County Dog Kennel, the stray dog was picked up from Lincoln Boulevard on April 21.
