LAFAYETTE COUNTY — Formal charges are filed against two of the suspects allegedly involved in a Higginsville shots fired incident last week. Eric D. Gray of Excelsior Springs is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, and Kourtney Pulley of Concordia is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, according to online court records.

Independence woman facing drug charges in Ray County
RAY COUNTY — The Ray County prosecuting attorney has requested a $25,000 bond for an Independence woman accused of drug offenses. A probable cause statement says Jessica R.
