Experts worked quickly to save artifacts from former Ozark farm. Now history is on display
Christian County native P.J. Logan's uncle used to take her son around Ozark to visit various Civil War history points of interest. Logan remembers one of these local sites was a farm, just north of Ozark, with a house built by a Civil War soldier. The Mullins-Taylor farm included an octagonal barn and a small brick building, which Logan's uncle had claimed once housed enslaved people.

Veterans organization offering free ‘fix it day’ on Thursday in Branson
BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - A Veterans organization called American Legion Post 220 hosts a free ‘fix it a day’ for veterans and family members on Thursday. You can bring your broken scooters, walkers, wheelchairs, etc., and get them repaired for free. If parts need to be ordered, you’ll have to pay for that, but labor repairs are free.
Branson gets a new Side Chick
Branson has a new business for when you just have to get a piece of chicken. Side Chick, a new chicken-centric restaurant, has opened up in the former Fuel location on the strip at 3405 West 76 Country Boulevard, next to the Track Family Fun Park.
