FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Fort Wayne police are asking the public for help identifying a man who was seen attempting to kidnap a girl at TJ Maxx on Monday. The man, identified as white and in his mid-20s, was wearing a black jacket, ripped blue jeans, and black baseball cap, according to Fort Wayne Police Sgt. Jeremy Webb, a public information officer for the department. The suspect was seen walking up behind the 13-year-old girl and wrapping his arms around her.
