Woman pleads guilty to murder in 2021 deadly Fairfield carjacking
FAIRFIELD, Ala. (WBRC) - One of two suspects involved in a 2021 carjacking and murder in Fairfield have pleaded to a lesser charge in court documents filed Tuesday. Jefferson County authorities say on June 16, 2021, 27-year-old Jon Paul Matthew Kimber, was found dead by a passerby lying in the road near Gary Avenue and 49th Street shortly after 10 p.m.
