Manderson man pleads not guilty for murder of Shayna Youngman
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A Manderson man was in court today accused of the murder of a 17-year-old. Tyson White Plume, 29, is charged with second-degree murder in the February 2022 death of Shayna Youngman. White Plume is also being charged with discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence and tampering with a witness.

On November 24, 2022, Giles Hulsmann was driving from West Virginia to Washington state. (KELO) — Different people who gathered outside the Oglala Sioux Tribe Justice Center in Pine Ridge on Friday want justice for Ashton Provost, a young mother lost to gun violence in 2023. A man is in custody in the tribe’s jail, charged with second-degree homicide in her death.
