Manslaughter charges reduced after fatal crash involving bicyclist
PARIS, Texas (KXII) - A manslaughter charge has been reduced following the investigation of a fatal crash involving a bicyclist on Tuesday. According to Paris Police, Cory Luck, 44, ran into Mark Callaway, Jr., 44, who was riding a bike, around 9 p.m. Tuesday night on Evergreen and SE 6th Streets.
