BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Maple Hill man has been arrested for allegedly breaking into nearly 100 vehicles. Joseph Clark Jr., 40, has been linked to more than 30 breaking and entering into motor vehicle cases in Bladen County, 50 breaking and entering into motor vehicle cases in Lee County and 11 breaking and entering into motor vehicle cases in Harnett County, according to the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office.

A hearing is set for 10 a.m. Monday, April 29 for a 51-year-old Sanford man who was convicted of first-degree murder in a July 1995 shooting. Rakim Shabazz Goins, aka William Earl Goins, was tried by a jury and convicted on Jan. 27, 1998 in the shooting death of Sherman Demil Ray of Charlotte.
