Teen facing 31 criminal counts in smash and grab robberies in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A teen is facing 31 counts of stealing-related offenses in a series of smash-and-grab-type robberies in April in St. Louis. St. Louis prosecutors have charged Leslie James III, 18, of St. Louis with eight counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of attempted burglary, 11 counts of felony property damage and eight counts of misdemeanor stealing. He is also charged with one count of tampering with a motor vehicle.
