On Monday, April 29, Craighead County District Court Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to arrest 31-year-old Justin Boniaby of Houston, Texas, on suspicion of possession of a firearm by certain persons, first-degree kidnapping/false imprisonment, interference with emergency communication, and third-degree assault on a family or household member.
