Nine Killingly tobacco/electronic cigarette retailers were found compliant with state regulations during an unannounced inspection on May 23. The inspections were conducted by the Killingly Youth Substance Prevention Coalition, Killingly Police Department and the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Tobacco Prevention and Enforcement Program.
