Sugar Water at the Washington Hotel has begun its soft opening phase. The brand-new restaurant, offering fresh, farm-to-table meals, is located in the historic hotel located at 11784 Somerset Ave. in downtown Princess Anne. The restaurant and hotel are now owned by Dana Zucker, and led by Chef Seth.
