NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A soon-to-be father is in custody after his pregnant girlfriend said he nearly killed her during an argument on Wednesday in Nashville. According to the arrest affidavit, officers responded to a domestic situation and spoke with a woman who fled her home to hide from her, now ex-boyfriend. She told officers that she and 36-year-old Allon Adams were in an argument when he smacked her, leaving an abrasion on her face, the affidavit states.
