Plastic/silicone protective sheeting on interior surfaces of ovens is peeling and no longer fully adhered to oven surfaces. Upper interior of microwave, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – Water supply to hand sink located in the oven area has been turned off due to leaking waste water pipe. Women’s toilet room has been placed out of service due to toilet flush mechanism broken not in good repair.
Motorcyclist dies after crash at Lancaster County intersection
LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A crash yesterday afternoon has left one person dead, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The crash occurred at the intersection of Noble Road and Kirkwood Pike (Route 472) just before 4:10 p.m. on April 29. The Colerain Township crash involved a Ford Edge and a Kawasaki motorcycle, Pennsylvania State Police said.
