After hearing from a wetlands specialist Monday night, Covington-area recreation district officials have decided to proceed with getting a land donation from Regina Coeli. Babs Pelligrini of J.V. Burkes and Associates said of the 35.83 acres Regina Coeli is donating, 19.49 are classified as wetlands.
