DAVENPORT, Fla. - An Orlando man was arrested after he allegedly crashed head-on into a Davenport police patrol vehicle in a DUI crash early Sunday morning. Jose Enrique Hernandez-Gonzalez, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license, according to the Davenport Police Department.

New affordable housing subdivision opens in Sanford
SANFORD, Fla. – Seminole County leaders are celebrating a new affordable housing subdivision in Sanford. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Wednesday for Leadership Point, which is the first in Seminole County to be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and also the first subdivision in the county to be built by Habitat for Humanity.
