HULL – The owners of Nantasket Flatts plan to reopen the restaurant in time for Memorial Day weekend. This time around, the atmosphere will be more laidback, with a "no frills, very casual, come-off-the-beach attitude," said Tracy Vaughan, who co-owns the restaurant with her husband, Richard.
