In the short term, patchy fog this morning will give way to mainly sunny and warmer weather during the day. I-465 road closures begin Friday night
INDIANAPOLIS — A construction project scheduled for this weekend on the north side of Indianapolis has been postponed. Crews were scheduled to repair guardrails and the bridge deck overlay on the ramp from U.S. 31 South to Interstate 465 East. The project is expected to be rescheduled in the upcoming weeks, INDOT said. There is no word on when the work may take place, though INDOT noted the schedules "may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen activities occur."

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Police arrested a 17-year-old boy after he allegedly led police on a chase, reaching speeds of 115 mph before crashing and fleeing on foot. According to recently-filed court documents, around 11:30 p.m. on May 13, an ISP trooper stopped at a red light at the intersection of East 38th Street and Shadeland Avenue on the east side of Indianapolis and saw a white Chevrolet Impala with a headlight out on the driver's side.
