UTSA football announces ticket design contest winners
SAN ANTONIO – UTSA announced the seven winning art designs that will appear on next season’s football tickets. UTSA said they received more than 150 entries for the design contest from children ages 5-12 in the greater San Antonio area. The theme of the ticket contest was “Hometown Heroes” and aimed to represent the six groups of hometown heroes that UTSA Athletics will recognize during the 2024 football season.
Jordan Young Accepts All-American Bowl Invitation
Defensive back Jordan Young (Monroe, NC/ Monroe High School), the four-star prospect has officially accepted his invitation to the 2025 All-American Bowl. Having been selected to play in the twenty fifth edition of the All-American Bowl, Young will play in the annual East vs. West matchup on Saturday, January 11, 2025, in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Bowl will be nationally televised, live on NBC at 1:00 PM ET, and will feature the nation’s top 100 high school football players.
