Omaha’s Metro Transit to temporarily close downtown transfer station
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Some riders who use Omaha’s Metro Transit service are in for some temporary changes beginning Monday. Metro announced Friday the downtown transfer stop at 14th and Farnam Streets will be closed for about two weeks because of construction in the area. This is typically where buses stop at the end of their route before beginning the next trip in the other direction. This layover point will be moved to 14th and Dodge for the interim.
