One arrested, one sought for Martinsville bar shooting
MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WDBJ) - One person is being sought and another is in custody for a shooting at a bar in Martinsville. Rosario Nasiar Eggleston of Martinsville has been arrested in connection with the May 17 shooting of a person at Tequila’s Sports Bar and Grill. Eggleston, 24, has been charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, willfully discharge in a public place, possession of a firearm by a violent convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a violent convicted felon, and three counts of destruction of property.
