Barricaded suspects detained by local law enforcement

UPDATE: According to the Yuma Police Department, one man was arrested for fleeing from police for a stop sign violation. The other man was arrested on a felony warrant, and the woman was released.

UPDATE: Two men and one woman were detained after running from law enforcement Monday morning. They then found a home on Avenue C and Third Place where they barricaded themselves inside.

"It was a young guy, everything happened so fast, all I could tell you is he was running and the sheriffs guy was chasing him after that it got crowded with cops and we didn't want to be outside when that happened," said Eric, a witness.

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office served the search warrant.

Allowing the YCSO Special Response team to enter the home.

UPDATE: KYMA witnessed one woman and two men in handcuffs who were taken out of the home by SWAT and were put inside a police car. Law enforcement are starting to leave and the scene is clearing out. Residents are able to go back to their homes now.

UPDATE: Border Patrol is looking for at least one person who they believe is barricaded in a neighborhood home in the said area. Please avoid the area. People in the area are currently not being allowed to enter their homes.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - According to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office's (YCSO) Facebook, they are responding to a barricaded subject(s).

YCSO says to avoid the area of 3rd Place and Avenue C.
