The Southwest Ohio Football Coaches Association (SWOFCA) football all-star game will have a new twist this year. Instead of Cincinnati players facing other, East vs. West, they will all be on one team this time. They will face players representing the Miami Valley Football Coaches Association (MVFCA), which are schools in and around Dayton.

Suli Kayed said it would have to be the right fit for him when he stepped down as head soccer coach from the Notre Dame Pandas in March. About three months later, Kayed found that right fit taking the same spot with the Highlands Bluebirds boys soccer program. The Reds Community Fund honored six student-athletes Monday at its seventh annual Signing Day, presented by CollegeAdvantage, Ohio’s 529 Plan.
