Plaquemines Parish--Lake Hermitage, Happy Jack, Myrtle Grov, Tidewater Road, Venice, White Ditch to Phoenix, Woodpark, and Grand Bayou.

    VOLUNTARY EVACUATIONS:
Plaquemines Parish--Eastbank and Venice to north to Alliance
    Iberia Parish--areas south of U. S. 90.

    CURFEWS:
Amite and Village of Tangipahoa: 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through tomorrow.
